Summer Camp Spotter: The procrastinator’s edition.

(If you missed the Lollipopolis Summer Camp Spotter series, you can catch up here, here, here, and here.)

Maybe you had every intention of signing your tyke up for camp, but <BLINK!> It’s already almost-July. Good news! You can still get them in some pretty cool old-timey camps offered by the Gibbs Museum and Ramsey County Historical Society!

Choose from these camps for your little historians (ages 3-12): Pioneer Days; Say It In Dakota!; Gibbs Girl Day Camp (3 days, 3 experiences: pioneer girl, Dakota girl, Victorian girl); Summer Schoolhouse (experience school how it was long ago in a one-room schoolhouse); Dakota Discovery for Boys (think game hunting and trading posts); and Pioneer Peewees. For more information and to register, call 651-646-8629.

Go ahead. Sign the kiddos up for camp—just like a pioneer.
