You’ve thought about enrolling your little in day care, but aren’t quite ready to take the plunge. Baby steps, mama, baby steps. Here’s the first one: Check out Minneapolis Mother’s Morning Out Open House this Wednesday.

There will be storytime, crafts, snacks and lots and lots of toys. And while the wee ones are busy, you get a chance to check out the facilities and find out more about the one-day-a-week, 3-hour program for kiddos ages 4 mos. to 4 years old (open the first Wednesday in September). It’s three glorious hours one day a week for you to use however you’d like. Consider it day care light.

See? This won’t hurt a bit.
