Do you know a little somebody whose favorite color is cement? Who goes gaga over the sight of every vehicle that digs, lifts and rolls? Well then, grab your tiny tool belts and head on over to Ridgedale Library today for Together We Build! for pre-schoolers and their caregivers.

The theme here’s construction (if you haven’t guessed). It starts out with a story and song. Then you’ll move from station to station of interactive play with a science and literary touch. There will be some imaginary play with trucks and construction vehicles as well as some painting and block-building. Bonus points for humming the theme to Bob the Builder as you make your way around the stations.

It’s smart to start them early. You’ve been waiting way too long for that kitchen addition.
